How does the Library work?

Library is where every assessment and flashcard set you own or have access to lives in one place, and works the same way for both students and teachers.

What appears in your library

What you see depends on your role:

• Students see any assessment or flashcard set they've created themselves, anything Revise has scheduled for them as part of their Curriculum plan, and anything their teacher has created and assigned to them.
• Teachers see assessments Revise has deployed to their class, along with anything they've created themselves. Assessments a student creates individually for their own revision don't appear in their teacher's library.

Finding what you need

Use the subject filter to narrow your library down to a particular course, or filter by who created each item - By You, By your teacher, By Revise. You can further narrow results to topic-specific or multi-topic content, search by name, and sort your library by recently added, alphabetically, by creator, or by submission status.

Creating something new

Use the + button in your library to create a new assessment, a new flashcard set, or a folder to help keep your library organised.

Picking up where you left off

Your library also surfaces useful shortcuts: "Continue where you left off" shows any assessments or flashcard sets you've started but not finished, and (for students) "From your teachers" shows what's recently been shared with your classes.

Working with an individual assessment

Select any assessment in your library to open it. From here you can launch it, edit it, preview it, download it, or schedule it, and (depending on your role) access further options. You can also see a history of your past attempts, and browse the full list of questions it contains - including the topic, syllabus point, section reference and marks for each one - and preview individual questions before you start.
