No. ReviseOnline accounts are strictly individual and cannot be shared with other users. Each login is linked to a unique user profile that stores assessment history, analytics data, progress tracking, and personalised recommendations. Sharing your account could compromise this information and violate our Terms of Use.
For privacy, data accuracy, and security reasons, all users - including teachers, students, tutors, and administrators - must access the platform using their own credentials. This ensures that learning insights, performance data, and reports remain accurate and securely attributed to the correct user.
Schools and tutoring organisations that require multiple users can easily set up additional accounts via our system-to-system integration or bulk onboarding. This allows each user to have their own login while maintaining shared oversight for teachers and administrators.
If you need to manage access for multiple users or set up school-wide licences, contact our team for assistance:
- Email: sales@reviseonline.com for multi-user or licensing enquiries
