We understand that circumstances change, and you may need to remove your ReviseOnline account. The process depends on whether you are using ReviseOnline as part of a school-managed licence or as an individual user.
Deleting an account permanently removes personal information, login access, and historical usage data in line with our Privacy Policy.
If your account is linked to a school or class licence
Most student, teacher, and school-leader accounts are created and managed through a school subscription (often via Wonde, Microsoft 365, or a school admin upload). Because of this, accounts cannot be deleted directly from within your profile.
To request deletion of a school-managed account:
Contact your school administrator or IT department and ask them to remove your access from their system (e.g., Wonde sync, class enrolment, school roster).
Once the school confirms removal, email our Support Team so we can finalise the deletion on our end.

Note:
If your school continues to use ReviseOnline, they may choose to disable access rather than delete your record - for example, to retain class analytics or assessment history for reporting requirements. We follow the school’s direction regarding removal or deletion.
If you created an account yourself (individual purchase or trial)
Individual accounts (including trial users and direct subscribers) can request full deletion at any time.
To delete an individual account:
Email our Support Team with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.
Include the email address you used to register and verify that you are the account holder.
Our team will confirm your identity and process the deletion within 5–7 business days.

What happens when my account is deleted?
When your deletion request is processed:
Your login access has been permanently removed.
Any personal information stored in your profile is securely deleted.
Assessment progress, analytics data, and activity logs associated with your identity are removed or anonymised in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Deleted accounts cannot be recovered, and any linked coursework or analytics are permanently cleared.

Can my data be restored after deletion?
No. Account deletion is permanent.
Once your data is removed or anonymised, it cannot be recovered.
