How to redeem a coupon or fix a code that isn’t working

How do I redeem a coupon?

You can redeem a coupon during checkout when purchasing an individual ReviseOnline product. Coupons must be entered exactly as provided, without spaces, and are typically single-use or time-limited depending on the promotion.


How to redeem a coupon:

  1. Add your chosen product to the cart.

  2. Proceed to the checkout page.

  3. Enter your coupon code in the “Coupon / Discount Code” field.

  4. Select Apply to update your total.

  5. Complete your payment as normal.

If applied successfully, the discounted total will appear immediately.


Troubleshooting: My code isn’t working

1.  Check spelling and formatting

Codes are case-sensitive. Ensure there are no extra spaces before or after the code.

2. Check expiry date

Many promotions have a set validity period. Expired codes won’t apply.

3. Check product eligibility

Some codes apply only to:

  • Specific subjects or bundles

  • Individual purchases only (not school licences)

  • First-time purchases

4. Check usage limits

Some coupons are single-use per customer. A code already redeemed cannot be reused.
